Hello!

Educator by profession and personal growth nerd by choice, I have spent the past two decades implementing equity-based educational and employment readiness programs to improve outcomes in schools, non-profits, churches, and grassroots organizations.

As a compassionate truth teller, I have successfully leveraged my leadership skills and relational capital to advocate for and address the needs of individuals representing marginalized populations. My work embodies a lifetime investment in seeing others thrive, overcome obstacles, and maximize their potential.

The child of a military servicemen and now with a husband who is a pastor, I have moved from state to state and even a few countries every three to four years of my life thus far, so I know a few things about transition and how to keep your heart and mind open, while learning to live well, love well, and be well. The ups and downs, which have been many, have served as gifts to help ground me and give the rootedness needed to travel gracefully in this wonky, wacky, wonderful thing called life. I wholeheartedly believe that the tapestry of our lived experience is a constant revision that can lead to deeper calling and purpose if we pay attention.

These last few years, I have been discerning how I can better align with what makes my own heart leap with delight. What I am unpacking is that I have been coaching people virtually my whole life, whether it was through the role of providing instructional guidance to a new teacher, facilitating employment readiness training, or going on coffee outings with friends. I am inspired by the power of connectivity and am at my best when walking along side others in the process of s-t-r-e-t-c-h-i-n-g towards more.
